Welcome to Sutton and District Medical Society
Founded in 1919, the Sutton and District Medical Society is the professional network for doctors and their guests. Connect with local GPs and hospital consultants, engage in enriching discussions, and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to medical excellence and innovation.

The Sutton and District Medical Society offers a convivial venue for professional development and networking. We hold monthly meetings at Banstead Downs Golf Club, which include a reception, dinner, lecture, and discussion. Additionally, the Society hosts an annual Clinical Meeting and a formal Black Tie Dinner.
Founded in 1919 by Dr. Arthur Cressy, a General Practitioner from Wallington Green, the Sutton and District Medical Society is thought to be the fourth oldest of its kind in England.
